Order Processing

  • All personalized gifts are made to order.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for production before your order ships.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times (after production):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first.

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist with a replacement.

  • While we cannot control carrier delays, we will always do our best to help resolve issues.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out—we want you to love your purchase.
